No. SIFTR does not attempt to remediate findings on your behalf. For more information see our section on Content Remediation.

  • How can I customize the way SIFTR monitors my organization

During the onboarding process, new clients are provided with a form that allows them to customize their SIFTR experience. Once the service has begun, updates can be requested by contacting SIFTR@sra.io.

  • How can I get new users within my organization access to the SIFTR portal

SIFTR can enroll more user accounts by request, contact SIFTR@sra.io

  • How can I change the status of findings within the SIFTR portal

The current version of SIFTR only supports read-only access. Finding statuses are updated by Security Risk Advisor's staff monthly. Future versions of the platform will support allowing users to make such changes themselves.

  • I've lost my MFA device. How can I access my SIFTR portal account?
